It's Tuesday somewhere, and that means it's time to join in with this week's Wordless Wednesday (on Tuesday) photo linkup party! And to be sure you won't miss upcoming parties, follow image-in-ing through Google +, Google Friend Connect, or by email - the links can be found on the sidebar.
If you host a weekly photo party and would like to have your linkup listed on the blogroll, drop me a line! And be sure to check out the blogroll - there are lots of really great photographers who'd love to have you stop by their parties, too.
Have a great week!

Hi! nice collection of beautiful art's photos. I like Paul Gauguin very much. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteIt looks so grandeur
ReplyDeleteWow! The Smithsonian is one of the places to visit in my bucket list. Blessings!
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful - a museum, in my mind, should have a classical feel. The art, stained glass and dome are some of the things that add that look. Great museum and pics!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful. It is a place that I truly want to visit. You captured it perfectly.
ReplyDeleteI used to love spending my weekends there in college!
ReplyDeleteNice. I think I like the building better than the artwork.
ReplyDeleteGreat to see statues and pieces of artwork in that museum. Lovely captures.
ReplyDeleteOk, I'm stumped. Where/what is the Smithsonian Art museum West? It looks like the national gallery in DC. . . Are you over in my part of the world!?!
ReplyDeleteHi Cindy. Now I'm stumped as well. I'm sure that's what the signage indicated, and yes, I was in D.C. to take these photos. These were all take n there.
DeleteI love the Smithsonians, great photos!
ReplyDeleteI wonder what's more beautiful - the architecture or the art? I'm glad you included photos that capture the beauty of the building. I would love to take my kids to D.C. I went several times when I lived in the States and once with my South African husband - before we had kids. Thanks for always hosting a great hop!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! Thanks for sharing and hosting. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteMuseums of any description are my favourite!
ReplyDeleteStunning art and architecture... we have a new museum that just opened. Waiting for the hype to die down a bit before we go visit and hopefully the crowd will be less :P
ReplyDeleteLovely -- the stained glass windows are my favorite!
ReplyDeleteI am so late posting today. I thought I was going to skip this week entirely! The Smithonean gallery looks so interesting. I always try to visit at least one gallery when we travel. Have a wonderful week and thank you again for the link up.
