Memories of snows gone by
I love having seasons, but winter will never be my favorite. And as beautiful as snow is, I haven't demonstrated skill in walking on it - broken wrists have proven that! But I love to see it snow... as long as it soon melts!

Beautiful pics! First one is so artistic.
ReplyDeleteThe snow is so beautiful. I don't like being in it but I do love looking at it.
ReplyDeleteI love snow but we just don't get it ehre.
ReplyDeleteWonderful winter, snow photos. Pretty to look at, but not that much fun to be there.
ReplyDeleteThey are such beautiful shots. Really lovely. Happy Christmas to you. Stay safe over the break and I'll see you next year mid Jan. Best wishes.
ReplyDeleteLove the beautiful snowscapes, Sue.
ReplyDeleteHappy Tuesday!
One of these days I really wish for a wintery snowy Christmas, instead of this summer heat! Enjoy and be careful of slippping.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful snow photos. Snow though beautiful has it bad side too. It must be really cold over there. Keep warm and stay safe.
ReplyDeleteI like snow only on photos and when it's falling, of course. But without a car I must take my bicycle for all the long ways and winter is a hard time for me...
ReplyDeleteHappy advent time
I'm with you Sue. Hate the stuff and can't wait until it's gone. Makes nice pictures but that's all. Thanks for the link 😊 again.
ReplyDeleteWinter isn't my favourite season either. I too love to see the snow but I am not a fan of scraping it off of my car first thing in the morning before going to work.
ReplyDeleteI love snow! It's been too darn warm up here so far.
ReplyDeleteThe snow makes the scenery Winter Wonderland. At the moment Helsinki is practically snowless, today rain & very slippery due to the melting snow.
ReplyDeleteA snowy wonderland. Beautiful photos.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you. But it's a necessary season.
ReplyDeleteAnd your photos are beautiful. The first one is magical!
Happy WW and a fabulous week!
I also love seasons, but autumn is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteI'm in sunny Arizona soon to return to the Pacific Northwest and snow. I grew up in Southern California so driving in snow and ice is foreign to me. I plan to order groceries for pickup so I can stay home and just look at it from my window. - Margy
ReplyDeleteBeautiful snow scenes. I am not able to link up tonight because I’m on my iPad and it just keeps giving me error messages. https://webcroft.blogspot.com/2021/12/this-evening-near-leesburg.html
ReplyDeleteI am back home and linked up from my laptop.
DeleteGreat photos, Sue. We feel the same way about winter. LOL
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos! Here in Texas it was a balmy 80-something degrees today. Yes, mid-December. I'd love to have some actual winter weather about right now!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! The snow has not arrived yet and we are looking forward to it, at least for Christmas!
ReplyDeleteFabulous shots. The beauty of winter.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. ♥
beautiful winter days, my fave time of year!
ReplyDeleteThe snow does look lovely. We rarely get any here although we do get a lot of thick ice. This winter has been unseasonably warm up to now though.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteDad says those images remind him of winters back home in New England. Says he sure doesn't miss that stuff these days down south!
ReplyDeleteI live in a place that gets no snow. This is so very beautiful.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful post
