They look like best of pals Sue. Our Greenfinch have many stages of plumage. Male, female spring, male spring, young ones, Autumn variation. It all makes for an interesting time.
So sweet these two cats are, but one can see, that they aren't best friends. I think it's normal if they aren't grown up together. It's not easy for cats to life alone, but together sometimes it isn't too.
