    Well maybe they are toasting the person and left their empty bottle as the tribute? Maybe it was an entire party and the left their bottles as a tribute? I dont know.

    These roadside memorials are sad to see. On the other hand, it's nice that people leave tributes. The last one was likely a last toast to a fallen friend.
