It certainly attracts the insects. Here's hoping for Monarchs. I guess that this is the non-native milkweed. We have catnip which the Bumblebees really love.

Milkweed is a beautiful plant but I understand the native varieties (pink flowers and I love their scent) can be aggressive growers. So I decided my small yard couldn't host them - thank you for sharing yours! Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
