    Reading os so helpful to a child's education, I did it with my children, my grandparents did it with me.

    This brings up memories of my father reading to me-- Thornton Burgess "Bedtime Stories" featuring Peter Rabbit, Jimmy Skunk and Grandfather Frog (etc.). Even after I learned to read I pretended that I could not, as I so enjoyed having Dad do it.

    That is such a sweet photo. My parents used to read to us all the time. I think it fostered in me a love for reading that I have to this day.
