    The Badlands are stark and beautiful at the same time! We had a smaller version in Wyoming, that we used to visit often.

    Really great landscape...this big country has so many beautiful places...would be nice when the representatives would act like this landscape.

    Sadly, my traveling days are now behind me, and the far west and northwest were never visited ... amazingly beautiful and rugged lands, seemingly almost untouched by time.
