Dear Sue, I'm feeling in awe, I've never seen such a long series of high voltage poles, I wonder how long it is the distance they cover! Thanking you for hosting, I'm wishing you a lovely new week XOXO Daniela at ~ My little old world ~
Wow that is a lot of power lines. When I lived in Dallas, we had those running through my part of the city and when I would walk I could feel the energy flowing through those lines.Probably is not healthy to live that close. I hope you are doing well, I wish you happy memories, sending love♥♥♥
There are some hiking trails near us that run partly under some of those. Your great photos reminded me of that! Thank you for hosting, Sue. Hope you are doing okay.
When I cross different countries in Europe or also in Northern Africa I know who had built up the poles ! The French poles look like a cat head, the others have a different design similar to yours.

ReplyDeleteI think the storm clouds are the most interesting.
ReplyDeleteI ma always amazed when I see these electrical towers climbing up the mountains here in Colorado
ReplyDeleteI kind of like power lines actually. We have some running through the green space behind our home. During wet weather they crackle and pop.
ReplyDeleteNot sure what you call them there but here we call them pylons, they are just about everywhere.
ReplyDeleteTruly powerful images!

ReplyDeleteThank you for hosting the fun.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday and rest of the week. ♥
All in a row, as far as the eye can see. What would happen if one fell? Would they all fall, like dominos? Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteTimely pictures given that last week's storm took down power lines all across the UK!
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful pics. Very nice. So simple yet so powerful.
