Bushmills Distillery


So I admit that whiskey tastes like cough medicine to me, so I was less than enthusiastic about a tour of Bushmills... but the process is fascinating. After our tour, we had a whiskey tasting. True to my convictions, I gave mine to someone whose tastebuds were either more or less discerning than mine (depending on your point of view).

    I'm not a whisky fan, in fact I don't drink these days but my partner makes his own whisky.
