ReplyDeleteBeautiful orchids! I often visit the conservatory at the Denver Botanic Gardens to view the orchids there. My favorite are the lady slipper orchids.

ReplyDeleteJust a small snippet of information here! - almost all orchids have some kind of partnership with some kind of fungi. The relationship/symbiosis in nature is one of its kind - specific orchids cannot live without specific fungus, and vice-versa!
Orchids are so amazing, an that orange one is an incredible shade. Nice photography.

ReplyDeleteAmazing how many variety of orchids there are. Two of my faves are Lady's Slippers and Prairie White Fringed (both becoming more rare).
