More quarantine baking!

This time, I made challah, using the recipe from Peter Reinhart's Artisan Breads Every Day. If you're interested in making quality bread, you can get it on, and you really should! I've never found a recipe of his that wasn't delicious.

Just one problem - the smell of the bread baking and cooling down before slicing nearly drove me nuts.
