I love orchids! The Denver Botanic Garden has a large selection of them growing it its tropical greenhouse and i love seeing all the varities. You phptogrpahed some gorgeous ones, Sue!
gorgeous orchids. what a treat to photograph. I am looking forward to our wild orchid season coming soon. Have a great week and thank you for the link up.
Roses are my most favorite, but orchids my second most favorite - they are harder to keep here in Calif. because it's so dry (and in the summer too hot!). Lovely captures!
The word of orchids is so wide and varied. I have been to farms / botanical gardens in Brazil, Hawaii and other places. The different forms, patterns and colors always amaze me. Plus, it is like every time you see orchids, it is like you are seeing something you have not seen in the past.
Those are really pretty orchids, i love them. Our Creator really deserves praise and honor for these beautiful masterpieces. The designs and colors are so varied. And you captured so much beauty in your photos :-)
They are both delicate and strong at the same time. Your photos do them great justice. Sue, I am unable to add the linky badge there seems to be something missing. Can you check it, please? Happy to add to blogpost I've added. Denyse
As always, such beautiful photos! I love orchids...I think I could probably keep a few alive in my Florida room - now that I have a Florida room. Will have to get one and give it a shot. Thank you for joining us for Photo Friday again this week!
The second picture is so neat! I've never seen orchids like that. I can't seem to keep an orchid alive, so I've given up on having any of my own. I will just live vicariously through you :)
