  2. I love the aquarium! We use to have a tank in our home that included lion fish. They were cool to look at but very bad tank mates. They grew very fast - had to be swapped out regularly - and ate their tank mates if you did not pair them properly!

  5. I've never tried to take photos in an aquarium. Looks like I should try Sue. Yes, the dead goose has been hung on the gate by a shooter for the farmer to collect.

  20. Love visiting the aquariums. It's been a while. The Lion fish is such a beauty as are the rest.

Hope to see you in my alley anytime between this week and all of next Sue, now that #WW is an alternate week linky party for me.

  21. I find underwater life really fascinating. I hope to explore it some day.

The fish shared here is the the Lionfish. It is carnivorous, native to the Indo-Pacific, now an invasive species in the Atlantic, has the potential to harm reef ecosystems, have no known predators and reproduce all year long!!

  22. One of my favorite places to explore.

Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. ♥

  23. I've actually come face to face with some lionfish while snorkeling here in the Red Sea. There are also plentiful lilac colored jellyfish too, but the ones I've been surrounded by are much smaller.
