Thank you for your comment. Apparently there was a brief snafu on Blogger which affected images, but they must have caught it and fixed it rather quickly.
I’ve seen a living nativity, but it was indoors in a large church. They do have them outside here, but we get some bitter cold weather in December, so it could be uncomfortable.
