This lovely chapel honors the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Devotion to the Sacred Heart - in its modern form - was received by Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque in a series of visions. Sister Margaret Mary was a Visitation Sister who lived in the 17th century in the monastery in Paray le Monial.

what a special place to visit! Mother Cabrini was devoted to the Scared Heart of Jesus and there is a big beautiful statue of Him on a local foothill mountain where she had an orphanage at the turn of the last century. A movie is coming out soon on March 8th about Mother Cabrini's life from Angel Productions.
